Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the excellent view of Matterhorn from my room and the organized cleanliness, although a bit more attention to detail could enhance the experience. The service was accommodating but lacked friendliness in some interactions. The location was superb, being close to the railway station and city center, making it convenient for exploring Interlaken and the surrounding areas. The dining experience offered a good selection, especially for breakfast options, though there were slight inconveniences. Overall, it was a value-for-money stay with some minor areas for improvement.
I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking view from my room, and the cozy wooden finish added a lovely touch. The room was clean, but it might be a bit snug for Westerners, and I missed having a refrigerator. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with a priceless view.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with a roomy accommodation and an amazing view from the balcony. However, the bed and mattress quality could be improved. The location was perfect, close to all the transportation hubs, entertainment spots, restaurants, and shops.
The hotel feels like a glorified hostel with breakfast but offers spacious and homely rooms, though slightly out of date and warm. The service is attentive and accommodating, with local area knowledge and parking assistance. The location is superb, with easy access to the station and amenities. Dining is tasty with a good variety of options, especially for eggs. The hotel has great potential and some areas in need of updating.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice with a small balcony, although the inability to adjust the AC temperature was a downside for me. The wooden floors were comfortable but noisy. The service was exceptional overall, with attentive staff who even went out of their way to help me when there was an issue with my reservation. However, there were some lapses in service, like an early wake-up call that disrupted my rest. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and offering easy access to various attractions. On the downside, the dining experience fell short of expectations, with limited options and high prices.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and offered great views of the Swiss Alps, although a refrigerator was missing. The service was excellent despite a minor hiccup with finding my booking, and the staff in their Swiss outfits were friendly and efficient. The location was perfect, close to the Interlaken OST rail station and the town center but away from noisy streets. The dining experience was top-notch with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room amenities missing.
